Service Cancellation Policy

Vormyloxrrsnyx provides personal styling and image consulting services. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellation by Client

Before Service Delivery

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment or service:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability

After Service Delivery

Once a styling consultation or service has been completed, refunds are not available. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via email or phone within the applicable time frame
2. Provide your booking reference number
3. Explain the reason for cancellation
4. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service package or appointment time:

• Contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options
• We will work with you to find a suitable alternative
• Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased from Vormyloxrrsnyx:

• Are non-refundable but transferable
• Expire 12 months from the date of purchase
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be used toward any of our styling services

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include:

• Full or partial refund consideration
• Rescheduling without penalty
• Service credit for future use
